Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

How long will delivery take?
US orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days for Standard Shipping, or 1–2 business days with Express Shipping ($9.99). International orders take 10–20 business days for Standard Shipping, or 15–30 business days for Economy Shipping ($10.99).

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
We partner with multiple global fulfillment centers to bring you a wider selection of products. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Can I track my order?
We do our best to provide tracking information when available. If tracking is provided, you'll receive it via email once your order ships. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to become active in the carrier's system. If you haven't received your order within the expected delivery window, please contact us via the Contact page with your name and order number.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. Please contact us at novagear@gearbynova.store to initiate a return.

How do I start a return?
Email us at novagear@gearbynova.store with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What items cannot be returned?
Sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized products, and personal care goods are non-returnable.
