⏰ Order Processing Times All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information where available. *Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.* 

📦 Separate Shipments & Multiple Packages To offer you a wider selection of products and unique items, we partner with multiple global fulfillment centers. Because of this, **if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages at different times.** We will do our best to provide tracking links for each package where available. 

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer free Standard Shipping to our customers. Because we utilize multiple fulfillment warehouses globally, delivery times vary by item and destination: *United States: 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping, $9.99 for Express Shipping in 1-2 business days * *International: 15-30 business days for Standard Shipping, $10.99 for Economy Shipping in 10-20 business days*

*Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or peak holiday seasons.* 

🌍Customs, Duties, and Taxes NovaGear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

🔍 How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include tracking information where available, which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If you haven’t received your order within 30 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us by using the Contact tab at either the bottom or top of our site with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
